Macdonlads Boksburg 343 Kingfischer avenue

I just came from my graduation @343 Kingfischer avenue Sunward park Boksburg 1470. I decided to take my kids and my mother. To the Macdonald just in the same road. We ordered an paid. We were sitting and waiting for our food for 1:30 hours and we were just talking not realizing the time. My mother said it is fine we enjoying the time out.

A young gentleman came to me and asked me for my slip. After 20 minutes I said they taking long. I went to the counter and I asked him. Why is my food taking long and he said mam if I dint ask you for your slip they would've never gave you your food. This guy was so awesome he packed and did my food himself. I was still making jokes with him. After 15 minutes he brought our food. I wasn't angry because I never complain.

I ordered 4 Spicey Mc feast meals. 1 jalapeño chicken burger. 1 Specual chicken burger meal. My daughter loves Jalapeño burger the first things she said mommy why is this burger so dry and small. My 2 boys came and said mommy this burgers tomatoes is so small. There is no sauce on and no letticue this is the driest Mc feast burger ever. All I said was, this is not like our Macdonald.

I am a light skinned colored, my kids has Indian futures and my mother is light skinned and never in my life did I experience ****** like I did today. If it wasn't for that young kind gentle than me and my kids wouldn't have had food. I dont know his name and I wish I did.

However, my boys said mommy we heard the black lady at the till say to that white couple that they don't have food. Since when does Macdonald not have food. This just makes me sad. All the balck people was served besides us. And I don't even think all that black customers realized what was happening. My kids asked me mommy can we order ice scream. I said yes please I also and my mother of 79 years old wanted too. The lady looked at my boys and said the system is off we can't help. I looked at the till and it was on. We walked out and a black guy came in and we told him sir the systems is off he just walked in and didn't even answer us. We said he will just waiste his time. We walked out and guess what the guy walked out with 6 ice creams so tell me was that systems off...

All my kids could say to me " mommy I think it is because you and ouma is too white. I was shocked out of my mind.

Macdonalds, I am saying that your brach or franchise in boksburg kingficher Street at a small mall. That staff is ****** and is unacceptable. We don't even over in that area but we were treated Luke *******. The Manager and her staff looked at my kids so ugly and did that swearing sound withered there tongs and looked at as as if we were trash.

Never in my life did I experience that ******. I am a proud colored and I have amazing black friend and white friend and I will never be ra ist. But this Macdonalds is bad and I hope that place can be closed down.

What saddens me the most is that I had my graduation singing our South African anthem and we were mixed races and had an amazing time just to get this horrible treatment.

I will never ever recommend this Macdonalds. The staff is the most horrible human beings ever. May God be with them for they do not know what they are doing
