Macdonals manager [Mhlanga]

I ordered burgers amd evertime the burger is dry or there isn't enough lettuce as if that's not enough , there isn't any tomato or pickels sometimes ,I went to complain the manager says the first bun doesn't have to have sauce, when I showed her the lettuce she tells me she sees nothing wrong.
