Macdonald's Westdene Bloemfontein Lousy service

Went to Macdonald's in Zastron str, Westdene Bloemfontein on the 21st July 2023, it was not busy morning at all hence I didn't use the self service ordering option and I stood there without getting assisted. Staff members looked at me and were just chatting among themselves and ignoring me. They were even mopping next to my feet while I stood there no one acknowledging me. Till I asked if I will ever get assistance, one of the managers who just came in was shocked that I wasn't assisted because she saw me about 15 min ago coming in. I felt so disrespected that I didn't order any food and just got a cappuccino. I completed their service survey on the receipt and no one has ever contacted me. I stated that I can be contacted anytime after 17h00.
