Macdonalds west street Durban, bad service for online orders.

I am so disappointed with McDonald's west street in Durban, I ordered food via uber eats, I left a note asking that they put my ice-cream in an extra packet since they sell in in a cardboard container with no lid, this a asked simply for healthy reasons but they just ignored my request. Now I'm thinking then what is the notes section for💁♂️. I truly hope food inspectors caan intervene as this could lead to food poisoning.. I also PAID for an extra topping for my ice-cream cream, again the just did not do it, it came as normal. The service when you ordering online is just so bad.
