Macdonalds verulam is pathetic!

Pathetic service!!!! We were so excited to try out the new Macdonald in Verulam. We ordered two spicy Cajun burger meals. Went home opened our bag only to find no chips no hot sauce in our burgers and they gave us the wrong type of burger. What a frustration and you guys are new here
