Macdonald's Vereeniging bad service

The McDonald's new order system is pathetic, its even worse when the staff is just ******** and arrogant, Vereeniging is the worst. There is only one person at the front, customers are struggling and the manager is so arrogant, he refused to cancel the order and I was running late. The system is just wasting time unnecessarily and it's not the first time I experience such a bad service in Vereeniging and since then nothing has changed.
