Macdonalds Vangate - Nugget meal

Good day Management of Macdonalds Vangate.

For the past 4 visits I have ordered the 10 nugget meal. On each occasion I have only recieved 9 nuggets. The first time I can see it as a mistake but after the second, third and fourth time. I have come to the conclusion that this is intentional. You do the math. I am one customer that this happens to. How many other customer does this happen to? Is my question? This is unacceptable behavior. It's the principal behind it, that I have an issue with. I have photographic proof as well.
