Macdonalds. The Buzz shopping centre Hygiene clearly lacking

I visited the Mcdonalds in Fourways, the Buzz shopping centre. Avoiding the long drive thru queue, I went inside with my son. It took a long time to receive my order, 30 minutes to be exact. I asked for extra ketchup, and to my disgust, I was issued with two sachets that had old ketchup on them, stuck together, disgusting. I showed the lady at the counter, and she simply separated them. Where is the hygienic handling? We're these not meant to be put in the bin, and rather issue me with clean ones?. Also, the lady checking the temperatures, des nt sanitize the pen, yet there's a box written sanitize and used. Hygiene is expected from customers but not issued by the restaurant? She got upset when I asked her if the pen she gave was sanitized.
