MACDONALDS - STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER

I ordered food from Isandoville MacDonalds and received a confirmation email that my food will be delivered between 12:55 & 13:10. Received an email at 13:11 that my order is in transit. I phoned them at 13:15 and again at 13:30. It is now 14:01 and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY FOOD!!! According to them I can not cancel the order. So I have to be happy with COLD FOOD!!! This service is disgusting!!!
