Macdonalds *****ing money and not giving the food!!!

I guess this is what the FSB board is here for. To protect clients like myself from places like Mac Donalds. Mac Donalds should be regulated by the FSB board so I can't understand the answer I just received. They deducted the money off my account and now when I called in, they say they don't have an order there with them there is nothing they can do. Thank you ok bye. Excuse me?? Money was blady taken out my account and no service/food was provided and that is OK. It's theft!!!! Then when I went on about how its unacceptable, then worse oh well we will have to investigate and then process a refund when then will take so many days to come back into the account? Really?? What's strange and weird is that on the start of the call when I said I check the reference on my bank she already knew the reference asking if that's what it was and I said yes. But they claim they don't have money or my order. So now I must wait til Monday for it to be started to be investigated?? I'm reporting this to the FSB
