Macdonalds standard is dropping

Saturday the 25 february 2023 we went to macdonald's hebron mall we were excited bcos it was our first outing with him as he is 1year 10 months so we decided to go to macdonalds in hebron mall ,all i can say is we regretted the decision to go there the service was horrible there was no one to assist people @ the self service machine still afta dealing with the drama of ordering we waited for an hour to get our food and the tables were dirty no.one was available to clean when other people finish eating it was like they dont care when we called the manager to complain he didnt care what we tell him on top of that they told us da coldrink machine is stuck so we have to settle for milkshake i was so ****ed off my son my crying because he was hungry still no.food reali dissapointed by Macdonalds Hebron mall we felt that they dont care about costumers because its Black market there in Hebron
