Macdonalds: ****ty Service in Sunninghill

03/05/19 I ordered dinner for my 2 sons from Macdonalds via the call centre number. The order was routed to the branch in Sunninghill. What a dog show. The order took more than 90minutes to get to me, at which point the food was already cold. This from a branch 3km from my door. After complaining I was promised a free delivery of the same order at another point of time. Even worse experience. Called the manager at 17h23 this evening, food arrived at 19h52! And one of the meals was omitted from the order. Okay so I didn't have to pay for the second order, but I also hadn't prepared anything for my son to eat as I thought he'd get his chicken nuggets from MD's...turns out they'd only send half the order to compensate for last night's stuff up. All in all I am SO not impressed with Macdonalds Sunninghill! Useless! F'ing useless!
