Macdonald's service is arrogant and pathetic

I recently shared an experience on the McDonalds facebook page...to my horror, the absolute disrespect and arrogance was nothing short of disgusting. McDonalds chose to ignore my complaint and instead responded to all others who commented on my post. The managers wife inboxed me on facebook to notify me that she has made her husband as well as the area manager aware of my complaint and still nobody has bothered to resolve this...this franchise shows zero remorse or consideration for its patrons.

below was my complaint for all those wanting to go there. give it a thought or two....

Just left your branch on Burger Street Pietermaritzburg...For the second time in two weeks, I bought hot chocolate where the lid was not closed just kept on the cup filled to the brim. Today - the entire drivers side interior has hot chocolate spilled...my fingers are burned! The last time both my hot chocolate and the cappuccino purchased for the driver were not closed. Are there no safety regulations when handing out boiling hot drinks? A few months ago, I ordered tea and got coffee. Last year I had an incident where I purchased a chicken burger and was given beef ... being a hindu - I do not even eat beef!

Really pathetic all round service all through the years...get your house in order or shut down because this is not acceptable.

Kindly re imburse me for the valet I now need and my burnt fingers...or i shall seek alternative measures to get this resolved. Thank you.
