MacDonald's Rustenburg - Poor Quality and Service

Compared to all other MacDonalds I've been to, I must unfortunately say that Rustenburg's is the worse. We ordered Chili Cheese fries, but received ice cold fries with almost no sauce. This has happened twice. The service is extremely slow, even in off peak hours. I hope that something could be done to sharp up the service at this newly revamped branch.
