Macdonalds Promenade Mall Mitchell's Plain

We bought a Happy Meal for my daughter. When her number was called the manager came to the front with her box, took out a toy and threw it on the counter at my daughter. Toy almaost went into my daughter's face. When i told her she almost threw the toy in my daughter's face, she didnt even bother saying sorry and snorted and just walked away. I immediately asked for her name as well as a refund of my money. The rest of the staff became so unhelpful and refused to give the manager's name. If i dont a personal apology from this woman, i am placing the message on every social media platform.
