ORDERED FOOD and then the driver never brought the food I called in and was asked to collect my food the next day. Manager at promenade was very helpful. But it's been a week I was told that Uber eats had to refund me. I never received a free meal or a refund. Only the food that I ordered nd had to go fetch it the next day during My working hours..

Macdonalds care centre said they would call me back up until today still nothing. FOR A BIG COMPANY THATS PATHETIC. I will take this further...
