Macdonalds - poor service

The service at McDonald's is really getting worse. The drive through is supposed to have a certain time in which an order must be completed and handed to the driver. Alternatively the vehicle must wait in a separate parking bay. It took so very long for a simple order to be completed and after the wait, the order was wrong. We ordered two meals of which both items (burgers) as well as both drinks was not what we ordered. One cannot open each item at the collection point as one trusts the efficacy of the team.
