Macdonalds poor service

Went to McDonald's Vanderbijlpark to treat myself to my monthly takeaway on 31 January 2025 Upon arrival, printed sheets of op paper were attached to the menu indicating sorry no soft serve always the same old story too lazy to refill the machine and sorry no bacon. I assume they ran out of pork meat in South Africa. Order my food. Pay for my food and get my drinks first. Take a sip it's not cold see no ice ask why sorry no ice, ok I understand.Get my food. Drive away discover the order is wrong go back and swap for loaded fries as paid for it. Leave again. Open bag of chicken wings first one I estimate it to be 2 cm in size and black as hell. Check the rest of them all burnt beyond recognition. Not impressed with the service received
