Macdonald's Poor Service

On the 09th of September 2021 I went to Macdonald's Ballito the branch next to the gym. I proceeded to the drive Tru and placed my order. I then headed to the pay point at which I made my payment at 19:59

I then waited and waited while the staff walked around casually passing the service window looking at me without telling me anything about my order.

Finally after over 15 min of waiting at the drive thru I received my meals. I then questioned the lady who served me asking her what's the average waiting time for a meal at the drive thru and I also asked her does she know how long I have been waiting. Her response was "the burgers were still cooking"... I looked at her surprised!!!

I then requested to speak to the manager of that shift. When the manager arrived, after waiting for him as well, I then posed the same question to him as I did to the lady asking what is the average waiting time to receive a meal at the drive Tru. I also asked him if he knows how long I have been waiting.

He told me the waiting time of 100 and something seconds... And I told him I have been waiting for more than 15 minutes which he then rep**** that his not sure because I am just telling him that. I then proceeded to show him the time on the slip when I paid. The manager made me feel like I was lying to him.

Further more I asked him about the screens within the kitchen area that displays the orders with the times...which he said is not used anymore in the store.

Macdonald's kindly can you provide feedback on this matter.
