Macdonalds Please Pay my Money!!!

Did an online order on the 15th September 2023 and although it went off from my banking account I didn't receive any order number and Macdonalds confirm that the money is in they account and that it will be reverse in 24hours.Today it's the 21st September 2023 and nothing happen and now Macdonalds ghost me.Please Macdonalds just pay back my money
