Macdonald's Pinetown reckless with orders

I ordered food at McDonalds Pinetown through Mr Delivery. The food came incorrect and I called MrDelivery who said I must send pictures while my kids were hungry and waiting for their food. After sending them the picture they never bothered to respond or have me refunded.So I paid McDonald's for food i never recieved.
