Macdonalds parktown branch

So disappointed with the service I received from macdonalds parktown , they didn't have drinks for meal orders instead of them substituting the drink their manager Titus demanded me to pay extra money for the available drinks which simply favours them not the customer so I'm not even sure if they understand customer service because he even told me to go to another store after spending almost 15min in their drive thru can the restaurant please do something about this kind of service, macdonalds is an international restaurant and we don't expect such service from them.
