Macdonalds Parkrand Mcdelivery Complaint

Ordered a meal via McDelivery at 11am for delivery for 1pm never received the order and nobody called or emailed to say anything about delays, i ended up calling myself was promised they will deliver at 4pm and still no delivery called again at half past 4 they told me sorry they have a lot of deliveries. The branch that was sup****ed to deliver was Parkrand spoke to a Simphiwe who was very rude and kept on making excuses finally spoke to the manager who promised to call me back but never did. The service was quite pathetic.
