MACDONALDS OTTERY

My wife ordered at 8:30am and was sent to wait in the waiting bay at about just after 9 she went inside because she still didn’t get her order. she went inside to tell them shes still waiting, the lady went to look and her food was sitting there getting cold and soggy. her hot chocolate was half way filled only and the breakfast wrap was cold and soggy, very very very bad service from MCDONALDS OTTERY , specially making a lady wait alone in her car for almost at hour, there was no attempt to replace the meal, how can a food chain as big as mcdonalds let you wait so long and still give you the cold food???
