Macdonalds ormonde refused to give me my money back and did not serve me my food,it took 25min to make breakfast !!!!

a very poor service from the store in ormonde. igot to the store at 8:10 ORdered breakfast with an ice coffe,cookies and cream .i waited there for 15 mkinutes without my order coming out , i called the manager *****goa I asked her why are people that bought before me getting their orders while i have benne standing ,she told me that orders aint the same they do not have drinks and i do,i waited again for 10min they came with the breakfast,out it on the counter no drink i called the guy who i paid to by the name of igeja he said the drink will be ready and brought me a wrong ice coffe, i told him its wrong and iv been waiting for long wich is 25min already i want my money back for the ice coffe,he walked away and later came back with the right order i told him i said i wanted my money i can not wait any longer he called *****goa and she was just hitting the machine as if shes trying to open the till she was buzy clicking her tongue i told her i wanted my money back and gave her the change i received,she just looked at me and i walked away without my money and my food ...i hate the store and will n ever buy from it at all .the staff its disgustingly disrespectful.they took my R100 and refused to give me my money even after they failed to serve me my food but theworse part ,drive through customers were served quckly than the ones in the store.
