Macdonald's online, worst service ever.

I placed an order on Mcdonald's online for delivery, we have done it before. The order has been in received status for 3 hours, pmnt has gone through, customer care does not answer the call. We have now gone to Durbanville branch to find out if they can help me. Now they are struggling to trace the order, can't find it on the system, says the lines were down. Almost R500's order worth not located, kids crying, it's the worst service I have ever encountered. No one at any of the branches can help you, no one knows what's going on.
