MacDonalds, never again.

On 21 April I waited 23 minutes for a simple milkshake. No reason no excuse, nothing. When I asked what the reason was for the delay, the answer was "Sorry". There were only four cars in the queue.

I decided to forgive and forget and went there again tonight. I ordered at 22:13. At 22:23 I have not moved an inch yet. I got out, walk to the service window and found 5 different orders standing on the counter. The attendend, sMe one as previous night, qas standing there looking at the orders but did nothing to hand it out.

This is easily the worst MacDonalds I have seen in all my life. The staff is not interested and have NO customer relations at all. MacDonalds
