Macdonalds Maponya mall - Pathetic customer service!!!!

2021-04-11 was queing to go to the self service machine and the manager picked me from the back to come order at the till so the que can move a bit faster (Zodwa). One casher cashier with a very stinking bad attitude who thinks her job is better than most jobs just stood there at the till and said to me I cant help you i only processed orders for customers that are from the self service who are not using cards to pay. I humbly told her I was picked from the line so what now must I go que again I asked her. There was not reply from her she just called the next customer and left me hanging. I called the person who advised me to go to the till supposed it was the manager by the name of Zodwa. This lady went to the rude Thembi and told her to assist me. This Thembi with poor customer service, started being busy with counting some money in the till while I waited. After that she asked me using her hands what I want. She then quickly processed as I ordered a share box. Did not ask if I'm seating in or making a take away. Further more did not even ask the flavour of the dip sauces I want for the nuggets and assumes I want beef something which I askes to be exchanged after I got the order. We dont force anymore to go to work, this THEMBI must leave her problems at home and go for some serious customer service training!!!!!!!!
