Macdonalds-Maponya branch(Nightmare)

I went to Macdonalds restaurant in Maponya mall around 5p.m on the 24th of February 2023 and i have to say the maponya branch service delivery is very poor and it appears to be a norm.

So i bought a chicken folder meal and a chicken nugget happy meal plus my plain sunday ice cream and i was served by a guy wearing a blue shirt and to my suprise it was not as busy as normal and as i waited ,my order was not being packaged however the staff only served the uber eats drivers and finally as i got my order i immediatley left.As i got home my child's meal had no cappy juice and it was this was paid for.I was not angry but i was dissapointed and i said to myself i could have checked my order because the staff is *********** and i have experience this before but i was in a hurry. The attitude is disturbing and i keep wondering if they are trained?

What should one do in such situation really though?
