MacDonald's Lemontree Alberton

Bought the new South African breakfast at MacDonald's at Lemontree this morning. Opened the box to find no meat patties on the bun as advertised. Also i asked for two sugars in my coffee but none was in the bag, worst coffee i have ever tasted. On top of this i had to wait 5 minutes in the drive through after paying. Will not support them again.
