Macdonalds Lansdowne accused me of *****ing a happy meal.

I am totally disgussted with the manner in which I have treated at Macdonalds Lansdowne Road Cape Town. I went to their drive through, ordered 4 meals and a happy meal and paid for everything. At the next window, I was handed a kiddies toy and my cooldrinks and asked to wait in the parking lot for my food. When the food eventually came there was no happy meal. They insisted that they gave it to me. I then went inside the store to tell them they didn't. They still insisted that they gave it to me. Then I asked them to check their cameras since they are basically accusing me of *****ing a happy meal. And that as far as I am concerned its defamation of character. What an embarrassing experience, they told me they cannot get the camera footage so I asked for my money back. Since when do u accuse a customer by insisting...how dare they do a thing like that. I sincerely hope they contact me because not only do I normally get bad service when I go there. They apparantly under the impression that its okay to accuse paying customers of theft. Defamation of character is not something I take lightly.
