Macdonalds Krugersdorp service is pathetic

So a few days ago I went to Macdonalds in Krugersdorp, long story short there was an issue with the order and I wasn't happy with one or two other things so I laid a complaint through the website. Last night I get a call from a manager who tells me that they are sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding and that I should go past the branch and speak to any manager, they will be aware of the situation and that they would like to sort out the entire order free of charge. I went past the branch now and everything I was told over the phone was a blatant lie, no one was aware of the arrangement and they were only willing to give me a cheese burger (not even the meal) as compensation for the terrible service I had received. This is unacceptable and I am extremely disgusted at the way in which I was dealt with
