Macdonald's Kathu must fall!!!

Wish I could give them a -100 stars as they don't even deserve a 1 star rating. Absolutley fed up with Macdonald's Kathu's pathetic and non existent service! Placed an order for delivery today at 13:40, at 14:30 my online order showed delivered... fast forward to 16:20 and all of a sudden the delivery guy pitches up in his little macdonald's branded Datsun to deliver our order, at which point I explained that he can take the order back as I will not pay for such pathetic and inexcusable service. They are so dishonest by stating on their system that my food has been delivered within 45mins, but in reality the order took them almost 3 hours!!! Also, when we were still allowed to make our own drive through back in the day before lockdown, you would get to the collection window after paying and they would ask you to wait in the parking area so that their system can show your order as delivered but in actual fact you wait almost an hour for your food. I will not place an order with Macdonald's Kathu ever again and ensure that everyone knows about their pathetic service!! The most unprofessional people I have ever come across!!!
