Macdonalds Items charged but not added to My Macdonalds Bag

I went through the drive through of Macdonalds Mountedgecombe the 03rd of February 2020 and I only realized when I was at home I never received my cool drink and my chips but the burgers were there. I have been charged for this and this is unacceptable as the staff at the drive through didn't pay attention when orders is sent to their customers. Obviously I should be reimbursed or something should be done as I got charged for the cool drink and chips but didn't get it in my Macdonalds bag. As a customer we trusting the faith of the staff at Macdonalds and getting our orders right. However I am very disappointed.
