Macdonald's is currently running a Friend's Specials, you will get a Friend's Figurine if you buy a large Big Mac or a large chicken Mac or ten nuggets...the lady at the drive through at Macdonald's Midridge was not aware of the special neither was she aware that there was a chichen big Mac available. So in order to not escalate the argument over the intercom we decided to go into the restaurant. Again we were greeted by untrained staff of the special that is even pasted on the windows of the building. It took close to 45 minutes for us to get our order ear and then return to our car that was broken into at the Macdonalds parking lot with a whole lot of things being ****** including laptops...the security guard was on lunch during the time of the break in. I hold Macdonald's completely responsible for the incident. Had the staff been properly trained, I would have got my order at the drive through.
