Macdonalds Groblersdal- always short

This macdonalds in Groblersdal never have any sauces besides jalapeño, and always ends up packing a order short. This is about the fourth time we were told in a row there is only jalapeño sauce for nuggent and when we raise the question why is the never andy BBQ sauce they just say they don't know
