Macdonalds Forest Hill

Good evening, today10/06/21at approximately 12:26:01 during my lunch time. I sent a friend of mine to buy some lunch(big Mac meal) for me at Macdonalds that is next to forest hill mall. The burger came with bites and we went back where he bought it to lay a complain and try to understand what had happen. To cut the story short I was not happy at all on how they responded to my complain and how they dealt with this matter at all. Two of their superiors(which I ddnt get their names) didn't want to show me their footage of that hour so that I can see what went wrong and didn't also want to take further investigations about this matter. I asked for their manager, they did not want to give me her last name... Which Dr first hame was Brenda.
