Macdonalds Doncaster Road Disgusting Service

So last night I arrive at Macdonalds in Doncaster Road. I place an order at that speaker system, I confirm the order, I for a second time tell the lady the full order. Drive to next window, prior to paying, again confirm the order, tell the lady, 1 macfeast, 2 big mac meals, 2 mc chicken meals, 1 kids meal, and two seperate cheeseburger (juniors). I then again confirm this order twice, so mean really, i give me order 5 times. When I get to the next window to collect I get given 5 meals and 5 drinks. i tell the lady there the order is wrong. She confirms saying yes sir it must be 1 more cold drink. I then say, and another meal. she then askes me to swipe my card again, to which i decline as i already swiped my card with 5 times confirmed order. she calls supervisor called pumhla, she comes demands that I pay again, which again i refuse explaining why not, she then responds, JESUS you want a R47 free meal to save a R2 bank charge, so i said to her, its not about the 47 or the 2, the principle of her staff being ***********. She then storms off and comes back saying i wont get anything unless i pay. i again refuse i tell her i wont move the car, to which she then rude says so then fine, sit there. at that point i am fuming and sits, after around 40 minutes and this woman being abusive and laughing at me with the staff, i told her take back the meal and refund my card to which its like she enjoys this even more. and says she wont. then she comes back again and says she will give me cash, to which i dont want as she swiped my card. i demand her to call her manager or owner to which again she refuses. they then take back my food and passes this onto clients behind me, obviously using old food and giving to new orders, totally disgusting! then after around another 45 minutes the police arrive as they called the police on me, imagine that! the police listens to my side and explains to the pumhla that they can do nothing. so now as a client due to their incompetence i get treated like a ********! when she obviously cant do a job in a senior manager position. then after around 2 hours they transfer the funds back to my bank account and i leave. i told the lady and her manageress that i will wait for them for feedback and to now nothing. so my fellow people avoid kenilworth macdonalds at any cost!
