MacDonald's Dobsonville Mall warm Grimace shake and soggy foldover

I absolutely love my MacD's but i recently was so disappointed by their Dobsonville Branch. I ordered a chicken salad and Grimace Shake via Uber eats and then I waited for almost an hour for my order luckily the Uber driver was a gem he communicated that the restaurant had no salad and said they were offering a chicken foldover instead, i excepted cause well they refused for me to order anything but the chicken foldover. Finally when my order arrived with the driver who was furious at MacDonald's staff for just telling him to take the order and go. When opened my food the foldover was soggy and the shake had began to separate the cream from the Ice and it was warm, they hadn't even bothered to make me a fresh shake and fresh foldover they gave me the one they had made a whole hour ago. I was so upset and took to the MacD's customer care portal to log a complaint, it's now day 5 and not so much as an email, I really am not happy i had to pour out the shake and eat the chicken patty only on the foldover.
