Macdonalds delivers no service!!!

Got to Columbine Macdonalds at 0940 waited for 15 minutes for till assistant and had to place order at touch screen unit. Waited a further 15 minutes for till attendant to assist. Manager on the floor ignored my request to put further person on a second till. Waited again until 1030 and ordered still did not arrive. Approached manager again and demanded a refund which took another 10 minutes to process. Will never go back to Macdonalds as service is apathetic! !!
