Macdonald's defiantly need better service and their managers need training.

You manager is rude refuses to give me her name. We placed an order more than 50 mins ago and have not received our food after a staff member came to us to ask for our ticket I informed her the machine didnt give us one but we have a table number 164 she left 20mins ago didnt come back. I asked to see the manager and waited a calm 10mins and nothing so I went to the counter where alot of ppl are gather waiting for food and the manager comes out to assist a uber delivery guys while Im talking to her enquiring where our food is she bluntly ignores me and refuses to give me her name. So now I stilm sitting waiting for our food more than an hour later. My coffee is up my ice in my hazelnut ice coffee is melted and my son sitting hungry this when I brought him to celebrate getting his Belguim visa today after a 2 month struggle. This **** is what I have to deal. After an 1:20 mins and being bluntly ignored by staff im canceling my order now.
