Macdonalds Craighall poor customer service

We just left MacDonalds Craighall, and we are disgusted by the service there. The lady taking the orders over the intercom gave us such an attitude, she went onto the intercom and behaved like she was totally uninterested in taking our order, wouldn’t even acknowledge if she had processed our order. We drove to the next window to find she had not taken our order, she was very confrontational to a point that she decided to get her colleague (Bongani) to take our order instead and I guess she was just not willing to deal with us, which now caused us to wait longer than anticipated. I hope her attitude is addressed immediately as I don’t wish other customers suffer the same fate we did.
