Macdonalds burgers with only ketchup as garnishes sh

Im very agrieved by the service that was rendered to me and my fiance at Macdonalds Benoni Tom jones, they are a very playful bunch and very insensitive to their customers, shifting order queries ro drivers, I'm really appauled by this situation. as they put only ketchup and mozzarella garnishes in our burgers, burnt onion in another i have pictures as evidence, instead of apologising, they holwed at us and opted to refund us instead of preparing another order, im very much dissapointed.hope you will attend to this matter
