MacDonalds Brooklyn a LAZY DISASTER

MacDonalds Brooklyn is a pathetic joke.

1. Food is cold and hard on arrival. 2. Reported to support, and got a replacement - replacement was a single burger, NOT a meal replacement, and was also ICE Cold like it was a reject or just sitting there on the counter 3. Ice Cream machines are barely working, and the manager(s) are so lazy they can't even put signs up to say it's offline 4. Drive thru members was rude to my wife, we went into the store and manager did NOT have their staff back 5. Every time we have had an issue and speak to a manager, it's a different manager ( if even a manager, there is no identification ) 6. Place is dirty 7. Place ignores all complaints 8. Manager allows drivers to park in the handicap designated areas
