I just arrived home from your branch in Beaufort West, South Africa.

I asked my parents to buy me a burger with jalapenos on it from your store, a double cheese chilli meal (NOTE: JALAPENOS ON IT), where they came home with a jalapeno double burger with some sort of chicken or hash brown mess inside, with no jalapeno's inside.

Sent them to return it, where they advised the burger HAS jalapeno's on it. They were kind enough to make THE SAME WRONG BURGER again.

I went in store myself, where I explained my parents aren't frequent fast food buyers, but how they did advise it was the wrong meal the first time, and were actually ill advised by your staff to take the jalapeno double of a joke meal.

To sum it up, conveniently the store were suddenly out of stock with jalapenos, to refrain from making me the right burger. I took my money back, with the Manager on duty writing "wrong burger ordered", where I corrected the sentence by adding in lack of ingredients, seeing as they ill advised my parents to start with due to the lack of the presumed dried up supply of ingredients.

I arranged with one of my colleagues just now to go buy the burger I want in uniform, and miraculously the store suddenly had all the ingredients to make the burger.

I am a very unhappy customer tonight. For a small town owned Mac Donalds, the service delivery is definately poor, seeing as the majority of customers come from this small community.

WILL RATHER SUPPORT YOUR CLOSEST STORE IN GEORGE 370KM AWAY THAN EVER BUYING IN BEAUFORT WEST MAC DONALDS, and I will advise anybody else to do the same.
