Macdonalds Basonia terrible customer service

I made a perchase on the Macdonalds app and paid with my card, It deducted the money but the app gave me an Error so I went to the store. No one there helped me at all, not the manager there or one of the staff. I waited for over 40 minutes for anyone to take my order, even when I decided to pay for the meal cash. Not one helped me or had the decency to apologize for the inconvenience. I have now paid for a meal I have not received and no help from non of the staff at Bassonia McDonald's
