Macdonalds bad service

I waited 30 minutes at the rosmead avenue, wetton rd branch, mac cafe section before I got helped after I had to physically go call someone. I was here at 1pm, 19 december 2019. I asked to speak to the manager, still waiting. I had to order twice because the cashier was not listening when i ordered the first time. Then i waited 20 minutes for a club sandwich and coffee. This is unacceptable
