MacDonald's Bad service and cold food EVERYTIME.

Went to MacDonald's N1 city last night 28/11/2022 What a horrible experience. Service was non existent. While I was instore, where was already 3people complaining. About food being cold and the staff not willing to attend to customers. I tell them I want to order at counter and will someone help me for I want to use my points. (No hello can I help, rather upset that I want to order at counter and not self serv booth) Long story short, they bring my food and put it on counter. I told the lady don't put my food on counter while I wait for my drink, she ignored me and left to the back. Waited how long, so yes cold fool like the other complaints instore. Are you guys aware how cold MacDonald's taste? Not on, very disgusted. Never again. Every time I get BAD service and unhelpful staff.
