Macdonalds bad service

I have a very loyal customer of Macdonalds but problem as been everytime now and it just gets worse first when you go thru the drive thru the lady is not friendly so evrytime i order my favorite burger the spicy cajun chicken burger i normally to check because they used to make it nice then they started making any how i left today it got worse they didn't put th3 source at all i asked where the source he tells its the burger that spicy argues a bit takes back then there source now the employee are making the burger how the feel like it and dry the service is getting worse i am paying customer the food is not coming for free if there was another place open i would of went there and if the owner or manager at order a burger he will never or give his family and this as been happening alot but i left though maybe it will get this was my supper as i was hungry but to come and to eat a dry burger is not the guy the served me was a black said his working the for 1 year but he doae not handle the food but he said spicy saurce everytime i have to eat a dry burger but today just ****ed me of maybe more food outlet should open 24h please this as to be sorted out cause I'm paying for it......
