Macdonalds Avonwood, Cape Town - Service from Hell

So Mcdonalds is'nt 24hour anymore coz of Covid 19 and all so I made it a point to go onto the internet this morning to see what time the Mcdonalds Avonwood, Cape Town open and it says 07:00am. I get feom shift and go around at about 06:45am and go and stand at the speaker waiting till 7am. Only to get the security only at 07:05am come tell me that Mcdonalds can't open yet coz they had a problem coz of Loadahedding...... 1stly why is there no notice put up at the entrance of the drive thru that they having problems and will only be open from 8:00am? And 2ndly does'nt all Mcdonalds have there own generator? So the security comes tell me at 07:05 of this problem now, so I ask to see the manager.....the security left and returned another 15mins later to tell me the manager say he/she is to busy to see me now I just have to wait if I want food...... Alot of customers come in and leave imediately after they see me waiting on the same spot since 06:45. Its 07:20am now and finaly some on the other end of the speaker greet and want to take my order....... I order a grand Chicken special and again the lady tells me they did'nt make any food yet I must go wait 8mins in the parking but only after I paid already and finally after another 15mins my food arrive and you wont believe it..... As I get home take a bite of my burger I feel A long black hair half in my mouth and half coming from underneat the tomato and cheese inbetween the buns of the burger.....I almost threw up and still don't have an appitite since then..... Is this now the quality Mcdonalds have dropped 2...... Bad, very very Bad.....
